Founding Patient Opportunity

Foundation Care Membership

$100 per month, per enrolled person

A special membership for founding patients and their families who want consistent chiropractic care with predictable monthly pricing. The $100 monthly membership applies to one enrolled person and does not cover the entire family.

Pay for Foundation Care Membership

Each additional family member who wants membership visits must enroll separately at $100 per month. Family members who are not enrolled may receive care at the standard individual visit rate of $65 per person, per visit. Membership terms and eligibility requirements apply.

Individual Visit Pricing

Simple pay-per-visit care for new and established patients who prefer not to enroll in a monthly membership.

Chiropractic Visit

$65 per visit

Individualized chiropractic care including consultation, assessment, adjustment, and progress-based recommendations as clinically appropriate.

Pay for Chiropractic Visit

Secure payment is processed through Stripe.

HSA & FSA

Eligible HSA and FSA cards may be used for qualified healthcare expenses. Patients are encouraged to confirm eligibility with their HSA or FSA administrator.
